Learning Empowered’s Centers for Early Learning provide year-round early care and education for up to 150 children ages 8 weeks through 5 years of age.

Each site serves a diverse population in different parts of Pinellas county. We provide quality daily learning experiences with experienced and well- educated teachers, assistant directors, and directors. Our belief is that quality care starts with nurturing interactions between children and caregivers which ensure that our children are experiencing positive, happy, and interactive experiences every day.

Teachers also work to make certain that activities are tailored to meet children’s individual needs and interests to keep them engaged and learning. The curriculum addresses every area of a child’s development including physical growth, cognition, emotional competence, social skills, and verbal expression.

This year held its own challenges and hurdles as the pandemic continued to impact early learning programs across the nation. Despite these trials, our early learning teachers and parents worked together to find solutions for meeting children’s and families’ needs every day. The early learning staff and parents partnered with one another to be flexible, accept change and offer opportunities to connect so that every day felt safe and joyful for our children.

Learning Empowered staff offers creative solutions to engage families in our program such as on-site parades, drop-in family activities, outdoor events, photo sessions, playground parties, and parking lot festivities to accommodate family connection and engagement. This kind of early learning experience has become the new normal for families of young children and guarantees that everyone can continue to unite in new ways for a happy, healthy learning experience.
