James Culp

Project Coordinator (Citizenship and ESOL)

 

James Culp is a graduate of the University of South Florida. He has a Masters in Public Administration as well as B.A. degrees in Political Science, History, and Economics.

James has been with Learning Empowered since 2016, starting out as a volunteer with the citizenship program and becoming a staff member in 2017. As the Project Coordinator for the Literacy Department, he is responsible for the Learning Empowered Citizenship Project, ESOL, and Ready to Rent.

James’s hobbies include reading, collecting antiquarian books, and scuba diving.
