We have been dedicated to supporting Pinellas County families for the past 50 years by building resiliency through access to educational programs, services, and resources.

Our Programs
Learning Empowered focuses on programs that empower our participants, through education, to overcome obstacles of trauma and poverty so they can become self-sustaining members of the community.
Early Learning
We believe that quality care starts with nurturing interactions between children and educators which ensure that our children are experiencing positive, happy, and engaging learning experiences every day.
EBF Program
Empowering Babies & Families provides Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health Consultations (I/ECMHC) services throughout Pinellas County for children ages 0-3 years with behavioral, social, emotional, or developmental concerns.
Triangles Program
Partnering for Early Childhood Success, the Triangles Program is for children ages 3-5 years old with social-emotional or behavioral challenges in early learning programs who are struggling in their current classroom setting.
