Program Supervisor, Empowering Babies and Families

Ebonee is a mother of three children, and a graduate of Webster University and St. Petersburg College. She received her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, and her Bachelor of Science in Educational Studies Community Leadership, Interdisciplinary.

She is a passionate mental health therapist that specializes in working with at risk youth and their families. She has experience implementing inclusion, multiculturalism, and working with diverse populations. Ebonee is driven to make a positive impact within the community and educational settings while implementing mental health awareness and treatment.

Additionally, Ebonee thrives in community leadership, team building and support. Ebonee joined Learning Empowered in May 2023, as the Empowering Babies and Families Program Supervisor. In this role, Ebonee supervises the Empowering Babies and Families staff and services.

The Empowering Babies and Families program provides direct support to community early learning centers to ensure that children’s social-emotional needs are met and to optimize infants and young children’s early childhood development. The EBF program works with families and center staff to support children’s social-emotional and behavioral development and well-being.

Ebonee’s hobbies include spending time with her family, going to the beach and traveling as a form of self-care.
